There are an estimated 120,000 veterans that are currently unemployed and seeking work. This is an unemployment rate of 11%, making ex-military personnel twice as likely to be unemployed when compared to the general public. We plan to place veterans into work, helping to reduce the veteran employment gap. 

Gender diversity is one of the major issues facing the construction industry today.
Studies show only 11% of the current workforce is female, with only 1% working on site. Through training, raising awareness and providing opportunities, we want to change this perception and encourage more women into construction.

Almost 1 million people in the UK claim out of work benefits which has high cost implications to the taxpayer. Job Seekers often lack the confidence and know-how rather than the skills or ability to work. In partnership with local job centres, we will educate and inform job seekers of the opportunities in construction and give them the confidence boost to begin their journey along their career path.

1 in 4 people that served in prison are looking for work but can’t find a job. We aim to move Ex-Offenders off benefits and into work, reducing the burden on taxpayers, breaking the cycle of re-offending and challenging current perceptions of Ex-Offenders.
